Authenticator App / Digipass reset
Before you begin
You can use this process to reset your Authenticator App or Digipass if:
  • You accidentally deleted your old registered App
  • You’ve got a new mobile phone or tablet
  • You think you may have forgotten your four digit PIN*
  • You’re having problems using your device*
Once reset you’ll be prompted to re-register your app or Digipass the next time you log into Online Banking

*If these apply, you will also need to follow the steps to reset your device in Stage 4.
