Important information
Our Authenticator App is available and compatible with Apple IOS 15
Following our earlier message, we are pleased to confirm that our newly released authenticator app is now compatible with Apple IOS 15.
Please update your authenticator app to the latest version to continue making transactions as usual.
If you do experience any issues please contact Customer Service on 0345 850 5555 or 020 3375 6422 (from outside the UK). Opening hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Calls may be recorded for monitoring and training.

Getting in contact with us
To look after our Customer Service staff we have introduced social distancing measures - this includes shift working and working from home. This is to reduce the number of people in our offices at any one time.

If you do need to contact us please send us a secure message through Online Banking or our Contact Us form. Alternatively, please contact your relationship manager. Please only contact us by phone if you cannot do what you need to through our website or if you urgently need our help. This will keep our teams available to help our most vulnerable customers.

Scheduled maintenance
Online Banking will not be available between 8.00pm and 10.00pm on Sunday 1 August, 5 September and 3 October. If you are completing a transaction when the maintenance starts it will not be processed. If you are unsure if a transaction was processed, please log in to Online Banking after the scheduled maintenance and check your online transaction status. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Authenticating your actions
You will need to use your registered Authenticator App or Digipass® each time you log in to Online Banking or make a transaction.
